OP128 is a MIDI footswitch which can send program change commands.

Dimensions and characteristics

OP 128's case is completely made from metal, to withstand heavy professional use, and features 12 heavy-duty foot switches (10 for 0 to 10 numbers, 2 for bank change).
Thanks to its size and weight ( mm 430 x 143 x 55 - kg 2,2 ), OP128 can be easily stored for transport in a 19" rack unit, or under the rack cover, thus eliminating the need for one more carrying bag.
The bright orange color with painted dark numbers make it easy to be operated in any stage lighting conditions.
The actual memory location is shown on the 3-digits display AND with red leds above each switch.

Program Change and MIDI Setup

OP128 can send 0-127 or 1-128 MIDI program changes commands, divided in 13 banks; the mode (0-127 or 1-128), together with the MIDI transmission channel, can be set with dip-switches on the right side of the footswitch, following the scheme printed on the back panel.

Power and connections

OP128 runs on 9 V dc 500mA current, the power adapter (2,5 mm coaxial plug) is included with every unit.
The DIN connector is a 7-pins type, allowing the footswitch to be powered by any device that can send MIDI phantom power, using a 7-pins cable such as our own MC7.
